ACReSAL State Coordinator Charges Team on Dedication To Duty



The State Coordinator, Agro-Climatic Resilence in Semi-Arid Landscapes (ACReSAL), Egnr. Oloruntoyin Tunde Zubair has charged the team of the project to be more dedicated and hardworking as the programme is about to commence in the state.

Engr Oloruntoyin gave this charge during a maiden meeting held today in his office with the project members.

He noted the importance of the  project as one which will serve alot of benefit to the state as it focuses on the environment, agriculture and water which are most paramount to the livelihood of people.

The state Coordinator said with the project just coming on board, people will get to know more about it as soon as it kick starts in the state.

He emphasized that the meeting is to stir the team to propel the project for execution soon.

Oloruntoyin stressed that with the team having professionals from different fields the objectives for the project will in no little way be achievable.

He lauded Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for the release of the counterpart fund and other funds to kick start the project which will enhance the effectiveness of the coordinating office to meet up with the World Bank requirement for disbursement.
 
Engr Oloruntoyin appreciated the support of the Commissioner for Environment, Mrs Remilekun Banigbe and other members of the state Steering and Technical committee for going this far.

He  also advised the team to be up and doing in discharging their respective responsibilities for the success of the project in the state.
